Lissa Health is built by a team of specialists in health technology, machine learning, and product engineering. The platform operator is ALVITA LLC, an IT company accredited by the Russian Ministry of Digital Development.
Our Mission
We build tools that help patients and clinicians make decisions based on data — not scattered paper records. Lissa Health collects medical documents from multiple sources, automatically extracts structured facts (biomarkers, diagnoses, prescriptions), and visualizes trends over time.

AI modules process photos, PDF files, and handwritten prescriptions, extracting biomarkers and clinical findings with over 90% accuracy. The architecture uses a factor-centric model: every lab value receives a unique code (LOINC, SNOMED CT) and can be tracked over time regardless of the original document format.

Lissa Health processes personal and medical data in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ on Personal Data. Servers are located in the Russian Federation. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is controlled through role-based permissions (RBAC).
