Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lissa Health application (the "Application") and related services (the "Services"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

Description of Services

Lissa Health provides an application designed to help users manage and analyze their medical information. The Services may include features:

• Uploading and analyzing medical tests
• Evaluating treatment effectiveness
• Storing and analyzing diagnostic images
• Maintaining a personal medical journal
• Organizing remote consultations with medical professionals

User Accounts

You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account details
• Be responsible for all actions performed through your account
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Create and use only one account per person

Multi-Accounting Prohibition: Creating and using multiple accounts to increase free usage limits or for any other purposes by a single user is strictly prohibited. Upon detection of multi-accounting, all associated accounts will be permanently blocked without possibility of recovery. Subsequent registration attempts will be automatically rejected.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect unauthorized activity or violation of these Terms.

User Conduct Rules

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for illegal purposes or in violation of these Terms
• Upload or transmit malicious software, viruses, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Interfere with the operation of the Services or disrupt their functioning
• Impersonate another person or organization, or falsely claim affiliation with a person or organization
• Upload, post, or transmit content that violates copyrights, is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise unacceptable
• Use the Services to collect personal information about other users without their consent
• Perform reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly of any part of the Services
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Services for commercial purposes without our direct written consent
• Provide false or misleading medical information

Medical Disclaimer

Services provided by Lissa Health are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. The Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Important: Always consult with a qualified medical professional for any health concerns or before making decisions related to your health or treatment. We are not responsible for any actions taken based on information provided through the Services.

Intellectual Property

All content included in the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lissa Health or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Access Termination

We may terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

Account Deletion and Technical Records Retention

After account deletion, user-facing data is deleted or anonymized within the scope and timelines required by our internal policies and applicable law. At the same time, certain technical records may be retained for a limited period for the following purposes:

• ensuring service and user security;
• preventing fraud and abuse;
• investigating incidents and handling support requests;
• complying with legal and regulatory obligations;
• establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims, including protection of the Service in dispute scenarios.

Deleted data may remain in backup copies for a limited period and is automatically removed after backup rotation windows expire.

Warranty Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lissa Health shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits or revenues
• Loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses

This includes damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Services
• Unauthorized access to our servers or/and personal information
• Interruption or termination of transmission to or from the Services
• Malware, viruses, trojans
• Errors or omissions in any content

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by publishing updated Terms in the Application.
