What happens when balance runs out?

When balance is zero, AI functions become unavailable. All your data is saved, you can view and download it. After top-up, functions are restored automatically.

Are there discounts for clinics?

Yes, we offer special conditions for medical organizations depending on the number of doctors and usage volume. Contact us for calculation.

Can I try before paying?

For individual users — up to 200 rubles free every month. For clinics we provide demo access and pilot period.

How is the invoice for legal entities formed?

For organizations we provide a complete package of closing documents: contract, act, invoice. Payment by bank transfer.

What data security guarantees?

All data is encrypted during transmission and storage. Compliance with Federal Law 152 on personal data. Servers are located in certified data centers in Russia.
